A very good stay for a single person.. Cozzy stay. It's very close to TVM central railway station. Walkable distance to all nearby attractions.

Generally, the room was OK and towel was not available. Have to request and wait for a while for them to send over the towel. Way to the room was crowded with room services trolley parked and felt uncomfortable

Our stay at Goodland Elegance was extremely pleasant. It is situated at Aristo Junction, Thampanoor and is walking distance from the Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station. There are a lot of eateries nearby and the hotel itself is extremely well maintained. 10/10 will recommend to people to stay here.

The location is good since it has close proximity to railway station ,airport and temple .Hotel room are a bit small but comfortable .The Hotel staff are little laid back attitude.Food is not great. 3

Thanks for asking for feedback. The room is so small that barely we can move. I have immediately raised the concern that the room showed in your MMT app is around 250 sft and it is almost half of it. I took the issue to your team but no vain. One Mr has spoken to me and he told he will be arranging for a 20% refund, but nothing happened. Inspite of hotel people agreed that because of non availability of big room, they have provoded us smaller one. As a senior citizen i will approch court of law for justice. Even i have right to claim insurance as you have taken for that.

after check in hotel staff don't give me voucher no that's why I did no access wifi and morning breakfast even after I before one day check in. time of check out they don't provide bills. for veg person only have idli and shamber in breakfast.
